Guest Count Policy
All attendees count toward your package total — including parents, siblings, and non-participants
Deposits
$500 non-refundable deposit required to hold your date
Date Changes
Date changes accepted with at least 2 weeks notice, subject to availability
Outside Food
Outside food and decor are welcome. This policy may change in the future.
Go-Kart Eligibility
Racers must be 36 inches or taller. No age limit.
Soft Play
For children 8 and under. Non-slip socks provided.
Waivers
All racers need a signed waiver on file. Complete it online before arrival to save time. Valid for one year.
Children
Young children must be accompanied by an adult on-site at all times. Kartopia does not provide childcare.
Service Fee
A 15% service fee applies. Gratuity is not included.

Yes, outside food and decor are currently welcome at Kartopia. Please note this policy may change in the future.

There is no age limit. Racers must be 36 inches or taller to use the go-karts.

Kartopia has 15 to 18 karts available, with 6 racing on the track at a time. For larger groups, guests rotate through heats so everyone gets to race.

All attendees count toward your total, including parents, siblings, and anyone not participating in activities. This helps our team prepare seating and space for everyone.

Yes. Young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Kartopia does not provide childcare. A Kartopia staff member monitors the soft play area, but parents and guardians remain responsible and must be on-site.
